Wekuz	77571565c2	Change stateVersion to 26.05 ... This should not be done normally but as the config isn't yet done and isn't used in a "production" environment it should be fine. The main motivation is that `services.seerr` uses more logical `/var/lib/seerr` for config instead of `/var/lib/jellyseerr/config`.
